I was just asked this question in a job interview yesterday. I hadn't thought of the “correct” answer. But I'm guessing I answered right. I said respect. I see both ideas as connected. Many people I respect I also like, and many people I like I also respect. But we're talking business here. There are principles to adhere to, and profits to be made.
